Israel Using Chemical Weapons in Lebanon?

Wayne Madsen has reported that Israeli forces were using "white phosphorous" against the Lebanese. If your not familiar with this substance, it is particularly horrible since the chemical burns through the skin. Additionally, Human Rights Watch is saying that the Israelis have used cluster bombs, another horrible weapon. Both weapons are prohibited under international law where the targeted areas have a large concentration of civilians. Doctors in Southern Lebanon have complained of charred bodies and wounds never seen before.
