FOX News Serves Propaganda for Israel

Listening to the FOX Channel yesterday, It made me wonder if they worked for the Israeli government. The pro-Israel reporting sounded like propaganda for that country with little perspective. Just about every neo-con was interviewed with very few representation from the Arab⁄muslim point of view or just those who were critical of the military action taken by Israel in Lebanon.

The fact that there is little debate on the wisdom of a conflict that could easily escalate to a general war at a time when the U.S. is bogged down in Iraq is shocking. It is the worst case scenario. As one guest did point out on FOX yesterday, Israel's action is a ideal recruiting tool for Hezbollah and other Islamic extremists. The pictures of muslim civilians being slaughtered in Lebanon is creating great resentment directed towards not only Israel but America. It is U.S. planes that are dropping bombs on innocent civilians. What if Israel decides to attack Syria? We will be forced to support it. It is clear the Bush administration will not get in the way. After all, this White House is totally controlled by the neo-cons.
