What's an Unpopular President to do? Why not a TV Reality Show

It seems that anytime a celebrity is involved in a scandal or becomes unpopular they start their own reality TV show. Barry Bonds is the latest. The famous baseball player has been under fire for his "alledged" use of steroids. In addition, Mr. Bonds has what you might call -- an attitude problem. It could work. It didn't work for Whitney Houston or Martha Stewart. In the case of Britney Spears it actually made things worse as the public saw what a jerk she really is. It broke up Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. But with a job approval rating of only 36 percent, the president could use TV to distract the public from his starting disastrous wars and violating their constitutional rights. The media does a great job at dumbing down American society. This might explain why the last 2 presidents have been such scoundrels.
