Bush Can't Get His Stories Straight
Condoleeza Rice had to be lectured to by UN on how to deal with the North Korean matter. Since the Bush administration has no concept of diplomacy they need to be told that rattling the sabre will work. Although I'm not sure that talking to psychopath like Kim il will accomplish much. The Taliban has become emboldened by their resurgence in Afghanistan. Now the leadership is turning out videos talking of what's to come.
