US Warned of Glasgow Threat Two Weeks Ago

If true this raises lots of questions. Were the terror attacks allowed to happen in order to boost Bush's dismal poll numbers? Why did it take a faulty detonator to stop the terrorists in London:
U.S. law enforcement officials received intelligence reports two weeks ago warning of a possible terror attack in Glasgow against "airport infrastructure or aircraft," a senior US law enforcement official tells the Blotter on ABCNews.com.

What was Bush's response to the terror attacks? He went bicycling. Reminiscent of his famous indifference while we were under attack during 9-11. He's obviously learned nothing since then:
President Bush, spending a long weekend at his father's retreat on the coast of Maine for a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, has been getting briefings about the attempted bombing in London and now assault on the Glasgow airport today before and after a bike-ride in the Maine woods – even getting an update during his bike outing.
