North Korea to Test Nuke -- Again; Bush Silent

Whatever happened to the Bush bravado when it came to North Korea. Obviously that countries rulership isn't the least bit frightened by the tough talking U.S. President. And it's not good for peace when such a thug as Kim Il isn't frightened in the least bit by the U.S. Bush realizes he can't back up his tough talk. So he remains silent:

North Korea is likely to test another nuclear device, the commander of U.S. military in South Korea said on Tuesday, but he declined to comment on reports that an explosion was imminent.
