Nuclear disarmament talks are a good idea:
But can the Bush administration keep from sabotaging the negotiations with it's empty demands and obnoxious rhetoric. Although pressure must be put on North Korea to drop its nuclear ambitions, public demands from the U.S. won't work. We must also put pressure on the Chinese, whom have great influence of the North Koreans. And That won't happen.
A Nevada town passed a law this week making it illegal to fly a foreign nation's flag by itself, the latest swipe by a U.S. community at illegal immigrants.
The town council of Pahrump, which lies in the Mojave Desert west of Las Vegas, voted 3-2 on Tuesday to make flying any foreign flag above the U.S. flag or alone an offense punishable by a $50 fine and 30 hours' community service.

Nuclear disarmament talks are a good idea:
Early December is the likely date for the next round of six-nation talks to resolve North Korea's nuclear programme, said chief US negotiator to the discussions Christopher Hill in Hanoi Wednesday. "We have been in very close contact with the Chinese and I think we do need to meet and and fix a date very soon, however, when we do fix a date and go back to talks we need to make progress," said the US assistant secretary of state.
