Bush Fascism: It Takes One to Know One
Mr.Bush and his henchmen have taken to calling others Fascists or abetting Fascism:
What he seems not to understand is that his administration and its policies resemble the Fascist polcies of the past. Israel's invasion of Lebanon, encouraged by the Bush gang, was a classic example of the Nazi Blitzkrieg. The Neocon goal of dominating the Middle East is reminiscent of Italy's Fascist policies of the 20s and 30s. Certainly, the attack on civil liberties being carried out by the Bush White House is very much Fascist.
Certainly the Vatican thinks the Neocon strategy in the Middle East is Fascist-like:
They are even using the Nazi, Fascist tactic of employing propaganda during war time:
The use of U.S. supplies cluster bombs in Lebanon by Israel is certainly a violation of International law and the type of tactic you would think would be used by Fascists not democracies:
But don't confuse the Fascist talk of this administration with toughness. They can't intimidate anyone. We were brought to our knews by a handful of terrorists 5 years ago under Bush's watch. He can't win a fight in Iraq or Afghanistan. He hasn't even gotten the guy responsible for September 11th. And now the U.S. is being toyed with by Iran and North Korea (remember them?). Even punks like Hugo Chavez of Venezuela are poking the U.S. in the eye.
Sounds like something Hitler would've said during his last days in that bunker. But it was said by George Bush:
"President Bush in recent days has recast the global war on terror into a 'war against Islamic fascism.' Fascism, in fact, seems to be the new buzzword for Republicans in an election season dominated by the war in Iraq.
Mr. Bush used the term earlier this month in talking about the arrest of suspected terrorists in Britain, then spoke of "Islamic fascists" in a speech in Green Bay, Wis. Spokesman Tony Snow has used variations on the phrase at White House press briefings."

Certainly the Vatican thinks the Neocon strategy in the Middle East is Fascist-like:
"The Vatican's envoy in the Holy Land and bishops from three other churches have launched a rare joint attack on the Christian Zionist movement, accusing it of promoting 'racial exclusivity and perpetual war.'
Christian Zionists form a growing part of the pro-Israel lobby in the United States, the Jewish state's main ally. They believe the return of Jews to the Holy Land and establishment of Israel are proof of God's promises to biblical patriarchs."
They are even using the Nazi, Fascist tactic of employing propaganda during war time:
"U.S. military leaders in Baghdad have put out for bid a two-year, $20 million public relations contract that calls for extensive monitoring of U.S. and Middle Eastern media in an effort to promote more positive coverage of news from Iraq."
The use of U.S. supplies cluster bombs in Lebanon by Israel is certainly a violation of International law and the type of tactic you would think would be used by Fascists not democracies:
"Campaigners yesterday accused the Israel Defence Force of leaving a 'minefield' of deadly bomblets in villages and fields after firing hundreds of cluster shells, rockets and bombs across its northern border in the three days before hostilities ended earlier this month."

"'So the United States will not leave until victory is achieved...Every element of national power' is being marshaled in 'the decisive ideological struggle of the 21st century'"
