Rudy In 1996: "I'm Really Not" A Republican Mayor

A rival campaign has unearthed video of Rudy during an interview with Charlie Rose in 1996 in which he claimed bluntly that "I'm really not" a Republican Mayor. Rudy's answer came in response to a question from Rose, who asked why he wouldn't be attending the GOP convention in San Diego that year.
