Huffington: Obama in the Way of Hillary Coronation

Everything about Hillary's run for the White House is about calculation. Huffington exposes that phoniness:

The perfect girl was named Hillary and her plan was to become President of the United States. So, after joining the World's Most Exclusive Club, she set out to do everything her head -- and her consultants -- told her was right.

Her handlers (including Bill) have told her that in order to win the White House she has destroy her image as an East Coast liberal. Just as Kerry tried and failed to do in the last election:

She posed for smiling photo-ops with Bill Frist, Newt Gingrich, and Rick Santorum.

She backed a bill criminalizing flag burning, came out against violent video games, signed on to President Bush's missile defense plan, shifted her language on abortion, and became a bellicose backer of the war in Iraq -- convinced that the country isn't ready for a female Commander-in-Chief who isn't a hawk.

Hillary expected to have the nomination of her party bestowed upon her. She doesn't want to dirty her fingernails. Just as she did in winning the Senate seat in New York. Hillary, as it will turn out, is not ready to get in the rough and rumble year-long presidential primaries that determine who will be the nominee for their party. Obama's entrance has forced Ms.Clinton's hand. She will now have to make visits to Iowa earlier than she would like. This is something she won't do. That's why Hillary won't run:
